其實,香港人真係以為自己大晒?比多少少錢用1010以為可以爆粗鬧人?講粗口鬧客戶服務員代表自己好尊貴嗎?其實只反映呢個客根本不適合呢個品牌。雖然呢個客投訴到GMD度,但其實GMD都有判斷的,否則呢單case便不會轉左去法律部,而不是平時處理投訴的客戶體驗部門了。講真,呢個客以為用電話隔住條線嚟鬧就唔使負責?其實佢真係太天真了。仲要將封信登埋出嚟只是自暴其醜罷了。講真,1010服務係咪同以前一樣咁尊貴就見仁見智,但起碼昨日我經電話續約都無咩問題,只係那位同事一聽就知係新香港人,但這是香港的現實,不能看低這些同事的。同時,香港人也該將心比己吧,不要動輒投訴,先反省一下自己先吧。
